A 3rd Century BC sword, the Celtic Combat Sword features the "leaf" style blade, used in Europe and British Isles by many Celtic groups. The leaf shaped blade gave the sword more strength given the metallurgy of the times.
The Celts were brave warriors, dating as early as 500 BC fighting with strength and fury. The close combat sword was the chosen weapon in battle. This sword was featured in the 2000 movie remake of "Jason and the Argonauts".
